Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time) Location: Swindon, with flexible working
The opportunity:
Do you have an interest in all things recruitment? Are you keen to understand how the process is managed? Are you extremely organised and enjoy a variable work load? Then we need you.
The Early Careers team are looking for a recruitment coordinator to help support them with a number of key administration tasks. No two days will be the same, and you must be comfortable managing a high volume of work which can change daily. One day you may be assisting with screening CVs and posting vacancies, the next, video interviews and arranging assessment centres and everything in between to ensure a fluid and candidate centric journey. Alongside general recruitment activities you may also get involved in the Onboarding process for our new starters ensuring the candidate experience is at the heart of everything that we do.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting all things recruitment you will be posting adverts, helping to ensure they are on brand, appealing and in line with the rest of the team. You will arrange interviews, screen CV’s and review video interviews, making sure we are attracting the best talent into Zurich. You will need to be organised, as you will be managing and updating the applicant tracking system and assisting on boarding with screening new starters. You will manage any external platforms we use, and look after our careers inbox, keeping candidates updated and informed, you must be an excellent communicator and be able to think on your feet.
Your skills and experience:
Ideally you will be competent at managing a busy and varied work load and be really comfortable with multiple tasks and requests and navigate your way through those that are priorities and those that can wait. You will be a competent administrator who can work with a variety of stakeholders and put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, just like us. You will have stong attention to detail, and be able to work within clear deadlines, and be competent to manage your own workload. Naturally you will be well versed in administration and a natural team player.
The reward: The salary offered for this role is between £18,000- £22,000 depending on experience. As well as this we offer an excellent lifestyle benefits package which includes:
